What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative process that uses client-centered and evidence-based methods to empower clients in making self-directed lasting changes. Wellness coaches partner with clients, supporting and guiding them to develop and achieve goals that align with their envisioned healthy life. We focus on several areas of wellness, taking on a holistic approach to improving quality of life.
